Kegbach Capital is a southeast based investment and advisory firm focused on unique opportunities in the lower middle market. The firm is led by seasoned entrepreneurs and brothers, Scott and Sammy Riddle. They provide insight, know-how, and capital to hyper growth companies and private investment funds.

Sammy Riddle

Sammy is a co-founder of Kegbach Capital. He leads the sourcing and acquisition development for both operating and commercial property Investments. He serves as an advisor to Stillwater Capital assisting in the development of M&A advisory services for recapitalization, acquisitions, and sell-side services.

Scott Riddle

Scott Riddle is a co-founder owner of Kegbach Capital, LLC and handles corporate relations and capital placement for the firm. In addition, Scott provides operational oversight of select companies within the portfolio. Prior to this Scott was co-founder and Sr. Partner for M33 Integrated Logistics for 18 years.

Candace Banks

Candace serves as the financial advisor for Kegbach handling the accounting and reporting for investment activity. Working with many different real estate and private equity investment firms, she managed their financial statements and investor equity accounts. Candace also served as a director of finance overseeing the development and investment of multifamily asset funds of over 2,000 doors.

Scott Auslund

Scott is a tech-driven executive with a proven record of transforming and scaling mid-cap companies within the logistics and tech-enabled services sectors. Most recently, he served as CEO of Data2Logistics, where he led a successful cultural and operational turnaround resulting in a profitable exit to Loop. Scott currently focuses on supply chain and AI transformation strategies for mid-market private companies. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, technology leadership, and executing strategic initiatives that drive significant enterprise value.

Mark Housley

Mark serves as the operating & equity advisor for Kegbach supporting the sourcing, qualifying, & analysis of investment opportunities. His background includes professional staff and senior leadership roles in specialty chemical, advanced materials, medical device, & vehicle electrification segments. Investment experience includes debt & equity capitalizations exceeding $150 million in capital secured across 29 start-up & early stage companies as investment manager for The South Carolina Research Authority.

Danette Van Trump

Danette is a 30-year veteran of the Transportation and Logistics Industry, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations for Transplace (Uber Freight acquisition in 2021). She has experience in a multitude of roles, from operations leadership to solution design and project management, which has allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of the intricacies of supply chain dynamics.
